Hi! My name is Kate and I am an online fitness trainer and the sole owner of Kate Mears Fitness LLC. I am a wife and proud girl mama of 2 little ladies! I have a true passion for helping both women and men achieve their goals through a balanced approach to nutrition and strength training. There are no cookie cutter plans here. I do not believe in quick fixes, endless hours of cardio, restrictive, or extreme dieting. I too have been in your shoes and what changed the game for me long term was learning, and now teaching a flexible mindful approach to living healthier lifestyles. Years later this approach has turned into an everyday healthier and maintainable balanced lifestyle for myself and my clients.
My goal as your health coach is to shift your mindset and view on fitness, so that it becomes a part of who you are and your lifestyle longterm. I pride myself on improving personal relationships with food, how you view it, and most importantly the number on the scale. I will guide you to fall back in love with yourself by fueling your body properly and honoring it by incorporating strength training and daily movement. You will be able to live your life, attend social events, and celebrate holidays all without restriction.
